Were you looking for information about Amerge? Imerge is a common misspelling of Amerge.
Amerge
® (
naratriptan hydrochloride) has been licensed to relieve symptoms of
migraine headaches as they occur. The medication is available in two doses, 1-mg and 2.5-mg tablets. The medication should be taken as soon as possible once a
migraine starts. If your
headache comes back or does not go away, your healthcare provider may recommend taking a second dose after waiting at least four hours after the first dose.
Some common side effects of Amerge include dizziness, fatigue, and tingling sensations. At this time, there is no generic version of the drug licensed for sale.
