Axert Use in Children and Teens

Because Axert has not been adequately studied in children and teens, it is not approved for children and teens less than 18 years of age. Talk with your healthcare provider about the benefits and risks of using Axert to treat migraines in children and teens.
 

Off-Label Axert Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Axert for treating something other than the condition(s) discussed above. This is called an "off-label" use. Treating cluster headaches is among the current off-label Axert uses.
