Inderal LA Side Effects

Although most people have no problems with the medication, side effects are possible with Inderal LA. If reactions do occur, they are usually minor and easy to treat. Common side effects include slow heart rate, short-term memory loss, and low blood sugar. Serious problems that you should report to your doctor right away include unexplained skin rash, chest pain, and difficulty breathing or swallowing.

An Overview of Inderal LA Side Effects

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Inderal® LA (propranolol hydrochloride sustained-release). However, not everyone who takes this medication will experience problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well.
 
If side effects do occur, in many cases, they are minor, meaning they require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious reactions are far less common, but can still occur.
