Heartburn, constipation, and vomiting are potential side effects of feverfew. Canker sores and irritation of the mouth are more likely to occur if you chew the feverfew leaves, instead of taking the tablets or capsules. There are also a number of feverfew side effects that require immediate medical attention, such as contractions of the uterus during pregnancy or signs of an allergic reaction.
